Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Current Physical Therapist license by the State of Wisconsin. Addition of an ATC preferable. Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or entry level Masters degree in Physical Therapy required. Basic Life Support Certification. **This position is a job share working .500 FTE in the Sports Med department and .500 FTE in Rehab Acute.
