Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required. Current PT license with the State of Wisconsin. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR.
