Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Graduate of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant Training Program (two year associate degree). Valid Wisconsin driver's license. Basic Life Support Certification. Working knowledge of all equipment used in performing responsibilities. Interpersonal skills.
