The Supervisor provides leadership, supervision and coordination of day-to-day activities of the assigned rehabilitation departments. The Supervisor maintains and coordinates all aspects of the clinical, fiscal, operational and human resource management of the assigned rehabilitation departments. The Supervisor assists the Director in the development of services rendered by the department and maintains clinic specific standards of practice based on current literature and professional standards of practice. The Supervisor may be delegated responsibilities in the absence of the Manager or Director. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a patient caseload and other Hand Therapy duties on an as-needed basis.

Current licensure as an Occupational or Physical therapist by the Wisconsin State Department of Regulation and Licensing Medical Examining Board. Demonstrated leadership experience and skills in related therapy or clinic setting required.
