Candidates for the Physical Therapist position typically interview with the Rehab Services Manager. The Rehab department is a small, close knit team and therefore interviews may also consist of an additional staff member.

Please Describe the Orientation Program for New PTs.
Staff new to the Physical Therapy department are paired with an existing Physical Therapist for their orientation. The length of orientation is tailored to the new staff member to ensure they are comfortable with the assumed responsibilities.
