Briefly Describe your Organizational Culture Ministry Health Care is a faith based healthcare delivery system in Central and Northern Wisconsin.  Rehab professionals at Ministry Health Care put patients first and work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehab services.  Rehab professionals assist patients of all ages with varying functional limitations. Interview Process
Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions When you apply for an open position, the application will go to the recruiter (Ben Shuda).  Upon it's receipt, the recruiter will forward the application the department leader who will contact the candidate within 2 business days.  After the initial phone contact, if selected to proceed further in the process, a face to face meeting and department tour will occur.  A follow-up call with the recruiter will explain compensation and benefit factors following.  Offer would be extended following.

As part of a large healthcare system, we allow our therapists to grow into different areas of interest.  Many of our facilities allow our therapists to specialize and allow them to practice in their areas of interest.  We also develop our therapists by offering continuing education dollars to allow our therapists not only to gain credits for their licensure, but to develop the skills used in our facilities.  We also promote from within, allowing staff therapists the opportunities to look into leadership positions as well.

Company History Ministry Health Care first started in 1890 by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, who started St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.  Since then, Ministry has expanded to 15 hospitals, and an assortment of clinics and homecare facilities around WI.  We are driven by our values, and it is our mission to assist with the needs of our communities, and especially the poor.  We will never turn away a patient, regardless of their ability to pay for our services.
