Interview Process
Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions Our interview process is quite simple.

Call (414-282-9590), fax (414-282-9348) or e-mail (Painfreeatprocarept.org) your resume to H.R., attention Vicki Knaak VPA.

We will set up an initial interview as soon as possible to discuss both your needs and ours.  This would include testing (IQ, Aptitude and Personality).  A second interview with the owner / PT would be set up or could possibly take place at the same time.  We would notify you within a couple of days of our intent.

Davis Tranchita MA, PT, OCS, CSCS, Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics enjoys mentoring both students and members of our staff.  He has taught at the University of Colorado and is currently teaching at UW Milwaukee.  We are willing to teach manual therapy techniques as well as other valuable training.

Company History The company was the vision of David Tranchita  MA, PT, OCS, CSCS.  He opened his doors in December of 2004.  He was tired of working for corporate and not being to give proper and ethical care to his patients.

It is a family owned facility in Greenfield WI.

We started out with 1 PT, 1 PTA and 1 receptionist.  We now have 2 PT's, 2 Aides, 1 full time and 1 part time Receptionist, a Biller, a Marketer, a Promotions Director and a VP of Administration.

We are planning on opening a second office in our new Wellnes Center in the spring of 2009.  Because of our plans we are looking for additional staff to move into management positions.
