Interview Process
Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions

We strongly believe in the interview process being an open forum for discussion.  Your first contact with Heartalnd will be via a phone screen with our Regional Recruiter.  From there you will meet with our administrator, Director of Professional Services and another Physical Therapist.  You will have the opportunity to job shadow if you choose.  We hope that this process is short lived but very informational and comfortable.

Please Describe the Orientation Program for New PTs. The orientation process is an important start to your employment with Heartland.  We realize that every new employee comes to us with a different level of experience and knowledge.  Therefore after mandatory orientation is complete the orientation is tailored to the needs of the new employee.
