Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions |
Candidates are asked to complete an online application for the position they are interested in (www.marshfieldclinic.jobs). Once submitted, the electronic application is received by Human Resources. Human Resources forwards the electronic application on to the Hiring Manager for review. Once the application has been reviewed, the Hiring Manager will decide if they would like to interview. If selected for an interview, you will receive a call from Human Resources or the Hiring Manager to schedule a time for your meeting. If you are not selected for an interview, your online status will be updated and can be viewed by logging into your profile at www.marshfieldclinic.jobs. Depending on the number of candidates and the position available, you may be asked to return for a second interview.

Health Insurance
Benefit eligible employees may choose from six (6) health plans.
Dental Insurance
Benefit eligible employees may choose from three (3) dental plans.
Life Insurance
The Clinic provides a group term life insurance program effective the first day of the month following employment as a benefit status employee.
Additional Voluntary Insurance
Additional term life insurance and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment insurance may be purchased by the employee for themselves, their spouse, and children at reasonable rates.
Travel and Accident Insurance
The Clinic provides $150,000 of travel and accident insurance coverage while an employee is traveling on Clinic business.
Retirement Plan
The Clinic fully funds a retirement plan for employees after they meet the eligibility requirements. The Clinic contributes 11% of compensation + 5.7% over social security wage base up to $208,000 of annual income.
401(k) Plan
Upon eligibility, you may elect to set aside up to 100% of your salary on a tax-deferred basis subject to IRS limitations. The Clinic matches the first 4% of those savings 25 cents on the dollar.
Section 125 Medical Flexible Spending Account or Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account
A MEFSA or LP-FSA allows the employee to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover medical expenses not payable by insurance, such as health and dental plan deductibles or co-pays, prescription drugs, eye glasses, etc.
Section 125 Dependent Care Plan (DCP)
Eligible participants may elect to pay for qualifying dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Health Savings Account Section 125 Salary Reduction Plan
High Deductible Health Plan participants can elect to fund their HSA with pre-tax payroll deductions.

Generous paid leave account.
Holidays
Marshfield Clinic observes 6½ holidays.
Short-Term (Insured) Sick Leave
A 100% benefit (based on average weekly salary) is payable after a 5-calendar day elimination period. Maximum benefit period is 90 days.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Salaried employees are enrolled in a long-term disability insurance program with the premium being paid by the Clinic. |
