Interview Process
Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions
If interested in a position with Ministry Health Care it is advised to go online and fill out an online application at ministryhealth.org. The other way to show us your interest is to email a resume directly to the rehab recruiter Alexis Simcakoski at alexis.simcakoskiministryhealth.org. Once a resume/application is received the recruiter will schedule a brief ½ hour phone interview to discuss interest and give more details on the position(s) applied for. After the phone interview is complete either an in person interview will be scheduled right away, or the results will be forwarded to the hiring manager for review and they will decide if an in person interview shall be scheduled. Once an in person interview takes place and there is a favorable result the reference and license check beings. After references are received and a wage is calculated the recruiter calls to extend an offer to the candidate, and a start date is determined.

Company In-Depth
Company History
In the 1950's the need for a modern hospital in Eagle River was rapidly becoming apparent. Incidents in the area were pointing to the dangers involved in transporting patients to distant hospitals. As the population of the area grew, the potential for serious accidents grew and the demand for medical services continued to rise.
Concerned Citizens realized the more time physicians spent on the highway traveling to distant hospitals, the less valuable time they had caring for the sick and injured. They based the proposal for that first hospital on the findings of a state hospital survey of the area and recommendations from the division of hospital facilities.
