Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions
Typically the job candidate meets with the Vice President of Human Resources for an hour or two. He/she will then meet with the Owner of the Company, this could be on the same day, depending on schedules. The candidate will visit a clinic and perhaps set up a day to "shadow" if desired. If the interview leads to a job offer, the invidual will come back for an Orientation Program to discuss benefits.

Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists (SPTRS) was established in April of 1992 as one outpatient clinic in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The company has grown to include 16 clinics in 6 counties throughout Northeast Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. Today we are home to specialists in balance and dizziness, women's health, lymphedema, certified hand therapy, physical therapy for incontinence, and more. All SPTRS physical and occupational therapists are licensed, board certified and Medicare approved.
