Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions
Holy Family Memorial has a two-part interview process. The first step is meeting with the Human Resources Recruiter, who will also cover benefit and wage information. The second part is meeting with the department leader and director. These individuals will cover the schedule, flexibility, and expectations of the job. The candidate is also encouraged to plan for time to Job Shadow - the leaders typically allow the candidate to remain after the department interview, or to schedule a future date if more convient. The interview process typically takes about 2 hours overall, though any Job Shadow would be on top of that.
