Interview Process
Briefly Describe the Interview Process for PT Positions Each candidate will have the opportunity to interview with a Human Resources recruiter and the manager for the facility they are interested in. They would also have the option of job shadowing another Physical Therapist for more information and meeting other staff associates to get further details on the position/facility.

Please Describe the Orientation Program for New PTs. Each candidate would attend a 4 hour New Associate Orientation at our Wauwatosa location to learn more about policies and procedures of the organization. The following day would be orientation at the facility and the length of time would be determined on the candidate's experience and need.

Retirement – Pension Plan
An annual benefit of 3 to 5+% of salary, based on years of service and income, is contributed to a retirement account for eligible associates that continues growing with a competitive and guaranteed annual rate of return. A five year vesting period applies.

Retirement – 403(b) Plan
Up to $16,500 ($22,000 if age 50 or over) may be direct deposited on a pre-tax basis or ROTH after-tax basis into a personal retirement account with a wide range of investment options.

Paid Time Off
Our flexible time off benefit provides compensation to associates while away from work for vacation, holiday, personal business or short term illness. PTO is accrued each pay period and is earned based on hours worked, years of service and job status.
