Briefly Describe your Organizational Culture The Rennes Group, INC is comprised of 5 skilled nursing and rehab centers in northeastern Wisconsin.  Rennes also has 5 assisted living campuses, all but one being on the same property as the nursing and rehab centers.  All centers have in-house therapy services with a director of rehab on site and a staff of physical, occupational, and speech therapy.  The DePere site has just opened a brand new, 6500 square feet of therapy space with a very large gym, ADL training centers, private treatment rooms, and outpatient waiting area for those patient's we take care after their stay with us.  We believe in quality services with state-of-the-art equipment, reasonable productivity standards and promoting one on one treatment sessions with our clients.  Clients are able to follow a continuum of care from inpatient rehab to home health or assisted living to outpatient or long term care.  We encourage continuing education and specialty certifications and have therapist's that are lymphedema certified, an advanced certified vestibular therapists, and NDT trained jsut to name a few.

Please Describe the Orientation Program for New PTs.

New PT (entry level, just graduated) would be set up with a mentor for their first few months.  General orientation, then specific PT orientation, interdisciplinary orientation, and the caseload would be adjusted to accomodate the training.  Caseload would increase based on what you can handle with expectation that a full caseload would be achieved in 60 days.

For those with experience, it would be the same as above, but not as an intense mentorship program, caseload would start out slower as well, but up to full caseload (75%) in 30-45 days.

Briefly Describe Your Organization's Philosophy Towards Patient Care Patient/family involvement is important to us.  Patient evaluations are thorough as well as we encourage one on one treatment sessions with our patients.  Frequency, intensity and duration is clinically determined and not decided based on payment systems.  We want professionals to assure that all the needs of the patient's are met, so we look at the total health of the patient and what is in their best interest.  Clincal support and mentoring is facilitated to accessing experts in the field, broad knowledge base of existing staff and corporate support.
