Job Summary:

Built for PTs, by PTs: Our model is designed to eliminate burnout and help you focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists to provide mobile outpatient therapy across home health, hospice, and insurance-based outpatient orthopedic cases. You’ll treat a diverse patient mix with true clinical autonomy and flexibility.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality, customized, evidence-based PT treatments to patients in their homes or community settings.
Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making

Total potential compensation: $80,000–$105,000+ annually

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist license in California
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Comfortable working with a geriatric population
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA

Service Area: Poway, 4S Ranch, Rancho Pensaquitos, , Escondido, San Marcos, Valley Center, Bonsall, Fallbrook

Coastal/Central San Diego
Service Area: La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Clairemont, Mira Mesa, Kearny Mesa, North Park, University City, Point Loma, Downtown

East County San Diego
Service Area: La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, Blossom Valley, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego, Alpine

South County San Diego
Service Area: Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Paradise Hills, National City.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
