Performs evaluations and plans and implements exercise and treatments of referred patients, to rehabilitate the physical mobility of in and/or out patients.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

New clinicians considered
Excellent communication skills
Follows practice guidelines
Able to assess and interpret patient status and adapt treatment plan accordingly
Able to use a computer
Able to prioritize work tasks
Able to treat wide variety of diagnoses
Able to communicate with interdisciplinary care team members

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

Prior hospital setting

Educational Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree Physical Therapy Program

License/Certification:

MA License
CPR

Salary Range:$38.07-$59.08
