Location: Tempe, AZ | Private Practice Outpatient Orthopedics
Position: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN
What We Offer:
- $45–$50/hr DOE
- $500 retention bonus after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year

Caseload: General orthopedic, 1:1 patient care, visits every 40 minutes. Support for specialty areas available.
Requirements:
- Active AZ Physical Therapist license
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- Must reside in Arizona for part-time/PRN roles
