As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll work in both Birth to 3 and clinic-based settings, partnering directly with children and their families in their homes and our welcoming clinic. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination
- Provide direct therapy in home and clinic settings, building strong relationships with families
- Collaborate with other professionals—SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators—to ensure holistic care
- Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and treatment outcomes
