Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand and is looking for passionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our amazing team on a PRN (as-needed) basis at multiple locations in Dousman and its surrounding communities. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations of residents’ physical abilities, mobility, and movement
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance physical function, reduce pain, and increase independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
- Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility techniques, safety strategies, and exercise

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
