Position Overview
Empower Physical Therapy is growing and looking to add a Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist to its Outpatient Orthopedic clinic in Wasilla, AK.
Whether you're a new grad or an experienced therapist, you’ll find mentorship, autonomy, and growth potential—including a path to management if desired.
What You'll Do
- Treat a general orthopedic caseload in a dynamic private practice setting
- See patients of all ages – opportunities in vestibular and pelvic health available
- The expectation for full-time is to see 44 patients per week. All care is 1-on-1 provided during 45 minutes sessions. Provider autonomy over schedule. No overlapping of patients unless you as the therapist see the need for your patient to stay longer.
- Flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays
- Work in a clinic that truly values patient experience and provider autonomy
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: The compensation for this full-time position starts at $95,000, but with experience expect to make over $100,000.

Work Schedule
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
Full-time preferred: 40 hours/week
Part-time considered: Minimum 16 hours/week + 2 weekdays of availability
Who We're Looking For
Eligible for Alaska PT licensure
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
