Overview
Wellness Works Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation position in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a PT-owned private practice with a fun and relaxed environment featuring private treatment rooms and two separate gym areas.
Full-time is preferred with 36 to 40 hours per week available. Part-time and PRN candidates will be considered.
Caseload and Patient Population
- Full-time therapists see 8 to 9 patients per day
- Part-time therapists see 4 to 5 patients per half day or 8 to 9 per full day
- One-to-one patient care with one-hour treatment sessions
- Patient mix includes orthopedics, sports, geriatrics, and wellness
- All therapists are trained and certified in dry needling
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 730 am to 600 pm
- Full-time therapists work 36 to 40 hours per week, with options for four or five days
- Part-time or PRN therapists also considered.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay structure with annual earnings of 80,000 to 90,000 for full-time therapists, depending on experience, and negotiable.

Job Requirements
- Eligible for New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Two to three years of experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Full-time preferred, part-time and PRN candidates will be considered.
- Strong manual therapy skills and passion for physical therapy are a plus
