Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans
Deliver interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Educate patients on home programs, self-management, and injury prevention
Document timely and accurately in the EMR; leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline charting
Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members to drive outcomes
Contribute to clinic quality, growth, and patient experience initiatives
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Texas PT license (or immediate eligibility)
New grads and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Comfort with a productive outpatient schedule and a team-based care model
Interest in mentorship, residency/fellowship training, and professional development
