Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Dallas – Bainbridge Dr. clinic, located near Methodist Charlton Medical Center, provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in a patient-centered, supportive environment. We emphasize hands-on therapy, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based care to help patients return to daily life stronger and more confident.
Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions
Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
