Overview
Due to growth, PT Plus is now hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in West Bend, Wisconsin. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, and candidates with at least 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of outpatient experience and is personable, professional, and a strong communicator. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Caseload / Patient Population
The hired Physical Therapist will join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team treating patients of all ages for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Full-time therapists typically treat 50–60 patients per week. This clinic offers a collaborative environment where therapists are empowered to bring their unique strengths and clinical interests to the team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $72,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule

Job Requirements
- Eligible for Wisconsin Physical Therapy licensure
- 5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates will be supported and mentored
