Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced physical therapist at our University Hospital location. This is a part-time (24hrs/week) role. The ideal candidate will have advanced manual therapy skills including myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization and/or dry needling and an interest in facial diagnoses including TMJ, head and neck cancer and facial paralysis. This candidate will also provide care in the IU School of Dentistry TMJ clinic.
Requirements
- Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
- If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
- Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
- Valid certification as a Lymphedema Therapist, such as Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist (CLWT), from a recognized training program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
