Overview
Feltz Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for a pediatric outpatient role in Smyrna and Murfreesboro, TN. The position is building to full-time. Part-time candidates with a minimum of six hours per week will also be considered.
The ideal candidate is personable, a strong communicator, and passionate about pediatric care. New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic pediatric outpatient setting with the potential for home care visits. Full-time PTs typically schedule 32–35 patient visits and treat an average of 25 patients per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $61,000–$85,000 per year for full-time, with incentive opportunities

Job Requirements
- Eligible for Tennessee state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior pediatric experience preferred
- New graduate PTs supported and mentored
- Part-time candidates with six hours of availability will also be considered
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
