About the Complete Home Therapy – Rehabilitation & Wellness Center
The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is an extension of Complete Home Therapy’s mission — to provide exceptional, one-on-one physical therapy in an environment that puts people first.
Located in North Naples, our outpatient clinic is intentionally designed to feel calm, personal, and focused — not busy, chaotic, or overbooked.
Every patient is treated 1-on-1 with a licensed Physical Therapist in a 60 minute dedicated session. We do not double-book. We do not pass patients off to techs. We do not rotate between tables.
While the clinician’s schedule is designed to support a steady caseload of up to 8 patients per day, each session is protected time — allowing our therapists to stay present, thorough, and aligned with the quality standards we stand for.

Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy in a calm, professional clinic setting
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Maintain a consistent daily schedule of patients without compromising quality
- Build trust, rapport, and long-term engagement with patients
- Complete documentation thoroughly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming treatment space
- Participate in team collaboration and continued learning
- Support a high standard of care in a boutique environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida PT license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and professionalism
- High attention to detail
- Aligned with a patient-first philosophy
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, Part-time, or PRN W-2 position
- Competitive base salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience)
