CLINIC DIRECTOR

Mission Statement: Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness.

Purpose: Empowering children to change their world one ability at a time.

Licensed: Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology

Hours: 30+ hours a week, Full Time

Sub-products:

· Manage onsite Clinic Aide

· Training & Onboarding

· Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO

· Hiring and Staff oversight

· Clinic finances

· Facilitating Effective Communication

· Monitor clinic stats

· Oversight of Leads by location

· Marketing

· Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)

· Compliance Oversight

· Team Building

REQUIREMENTS:

· 60% treatment time, 40% admin time

· Attend Manager meetings

· Lead weekly Lead meeting

· Attend weekly RD meeting

· Doc time based on treatment hours

SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES:

· Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed

· Ability to start and foster relationships

· Good organizational skills

· Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques

· Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal – to meet the needs of others

· Seek and offer mentorship opportunities

· Maintains up to date knowledge of clinic announcements

· Mutual respect for coworkers and clients

· Exhibits responsibility and professionalism at all times

· Desire to learn and advance skill set

· Ability to empower others

· Supportive to therapy team and company vision
