Position Overview
This role is ideal for an early-career Physical Therapist who wants structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and long-term career development.

Treat primarily adult and senior patients

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based care in:
Build strong, long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine (or license-eligible)
1–5 years of experience preferred (strong new grads encouraged to apply)
Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy
Interest in balance and vestibular rehab
Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered
Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth
