Job Summary
Mathis Rehab Centers, a Physical Therapist–owned and well-established provider, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work onsite at Morris County Hospital in Council Grove, Kansas. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient and inpatient care in a collaborative hospital environment.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and return to meaningful daily activities. This position is open to all experience levels, including new graduate Physical Therapists.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Setting: Hospital-based outpatient and inpatient
- Location: Council Grove, KS
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No nights, no weekends, no holidays
Caseload & Patient Population
- Approximately 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient
- Patient population is approximately 50% geriatric
- Specialty focus areas include:
- Orthopedics
- Neurology
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $70,000, increasing with experience
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
