Starting Pay Range: $100,880.00/yr - $131,144.00/yr , depending on experience

Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist at Haxtun Health, you'll be a vital part of our team, acting as a "movement detective" to evaluate and pinpoint the root causes of patients' pain and limitations. You will develop personalized rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function, directly witnessing the positive impact of your hands-on expertise. Beyond clinical care, you'll have opportunities to nurture community wellness through local outreach and preventative programs while building strong, supportive relationships with both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT)
Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 (three) years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient setting
Trigger Point Dry Needling Certification

Retirement Plan: Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.

Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
