The Role:

Position Summary:
- New grads and all experience levels welcome
- Provide Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license in good standing with the state
