Overview:
A thriving clinic in Scotts Valley, CA is now hiring a Physical Therapist for a Clinic Manager or Staff-Level position. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 16 hours and 2 days of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. A pelvic health caseload is also available. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 55 patients per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for the full-time position is in the range of $96,000-$115,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored for the staff-level role.

- Candidates with 16 hours and 5 days of availability per week will also be considered.
