Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a new clinic in Cliffside Park, NJ, and we’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide best-in-class care to our patients. Your Role:
Provide direct patient care, specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehab
Conduct evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
Adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients, family, and caregivers on ongoing care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Document treatments accurately in EMR
Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
Learn and implement FYZICAL’s proprietary treatment methodology
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate from an accredited PT program with an active NJ license
1+ year of PT experience (adult outpatient experience a plus)
Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk interventions preferred
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Korean, or Arabic are a plus.
Prior experience supervising PTAs or Techs preferred
CPR/BLS certified
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to professional development and continuing education
