As a Physical Therapist, you’ll make a direct and meaningful impact on the health, comfort, and daily experience of those we serve. You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve strength, and maintain independence in the place that matters most.
As a Physical Therapist with WesleyLife at Home, you will bring expert clinical skills and a compassionate, relationship‑centered approach to clients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you’ll evaluate mobility, strength, function, and safety, then create individualized treatment plans that support independence, confidence, and overall well‑being. You’ll deliver hands‑on therapy tailored to each client’s goals—whether improving balance, increasing mobility, preventing falls, or enhancing daily function. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who values autonomy, flexibility, meaningful one‑on‑one interactions, and the opportunity to make a profound impact on someone's quality of life. Every visit offers the chance to help an individual maintain independence, pursue joy, and stay engaged in the place they love most—their home.
