Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Seattle, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive team. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred, though clinicians with at least 32 hours/week will be considered.
We are looking for PTs with energetic, engaging personalities. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship and training.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- Treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting
- Women’s health caseload available—can be structured as 100% women’s health or a mix with general orthopedics
- Full-time PTs can expect up to 45 patients per week, with 2 hours allocated for professional development
- Opportunities to develop a specialty and pursue advanced certifications are encouraged and supported
Compensation:
- $88,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Team bonus program based on clinic performance

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7a–7p; Friday: 7a–2p
- No weekends or major holidays
- Must be willing to start at 7a and work until 7p at least one day per week

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior outpatient ortho or dry needling experience preferred
- Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); candidates with 32 hours/week will be considered
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
