Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and guide patients to achieve optimal function
- Educate patients on their conditions and actively support their recovery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to track progress and communicate with the care team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and colleagues
- Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment
Sports Medicine & Performance Opportunities
- Work with athletes through partnerships with local universities, gaining hands-on sports medicine experience
- Participate in advanced performance programs designed for athletes and active individuals
- Utilize objective testing systems to assess recovery and guide return-to-play decisions
Mentorship & Professional Growth
- Structured mentorship program supporting both new graduates and experienced PTs
- Initial onboarding with shadowing and hands-on training (first 1–3 months)
