What We Offer
Competitive salary range: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
Student Loan Repayment Program
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Annual health stipend of $2,400

Position Overview
This role centers on providing high-level outpatient physical therapy in a patient-focused and team-oriented setting. You’ll work with a primarily adult and older adult population while being supported with the time and resources needed to deliver effective care.

Key Responsibilities
Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Provide evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular treatment (pelvic health experience welcomed)
Establish positive therapeutic relationships to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive clinic culture
Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement efforts
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Florida
Committed to patient-centered care and high clinical standards
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Interested in continued professional growth
