Wellworks Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned private outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic with locations in Glendale and Burbank.

We specialize in orthopedic rehab, but also provide pediatric therapy, vestibular rehab, oncologic rehab, and neurologic physical therapy. At Wellworks, patient care always comes first—we never double book, and we never sacrifice quality for volume. Every session is one-on-one care with a licensed therapist. No aides. No shortcuts.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is:

Compassionate, collaborative, and proactive
Skilled in outpatient orthopedics (or willing to grow)
Interested in working with a diverse patient population

Qualifications

Required:

Valid California PT license or PTLA (Physical Therapist License Applicant)
Background check required

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian
1+ year experience in outpatient physical therapy or orthopedic rehab

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Fast-paced outpatient clinic with moderate to loud noise
Physical demands include lifting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and other dynamic movements
