Experience:
2+ years of Home Care experience preferred — we love PTs who know how rewarding patient-centered care can be!

New Grads Welcome!

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School
✅ Current PT License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes
