WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

Developing and delivering personalized plans of care for the residents/clients.
Objectively measuring patient outcomes.
Efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
Communicating effectively with residents/clients and their families. Providing education on treatments/equipment usage to all.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

A valid FL Physical Therapy license.
One year minimum of Physical Therapy experience.
A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.

This position may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
