Your monthly fee is based on the total number of Physical Therapists currently on your payroll — not the number of open roles. EVERGREEN covers up to 15 PTs, REDWOOD covers 16–100, and SEQUOIA is for organizations with more than 100.
What exactly does "dedicated candidate sourcing" mean?
Each month, our team spends your included hours actively searching our PT candidate database and personally reaching out to qualified candidates on your behalf. It's proactive outreach — not just waiting for applications to come in.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
No. All plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with no penalty. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
How do I receive interested candidate referrals?
When a PT in our network expresses interest in your organization or open roles, we email that referral directly to your inbox — so you can follow up quickly while interest is fresh.
