It's recruiter time spent on your behalf each month. Our team searches our PT candidate database, reaches out to qualified PTs, and gauges their interest before passing them to you. It's proactive outreach — not waiting for applications to come in.
What happens after I sign up?
We schedule an intake call to understand your open position — the role, your clinic, and the kind of PT who'd thrive there. Then we get your role featured, advertised, and in front of qualified candidates.
