Movement for Life is an employee-owned physical therapy provider with clinics across California, Arizona, and North Carolina. They offer services including general physical therapy, balance training, cardiopulmonary rehab, and workplace injury recovery. Their mission is to provide flexible, early access to rehabilitation and lifestyle support through a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient-focused environment.
For Physical Therapists, Movement for Life offers opportunities to grow clinically and professionally. New graduates can participate in a First-Year Mentoring Program, gaining structured support and guidance as they integrate into full-time patient care. PTs can also join the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency Program in partnership with the University of Southern California, with the company covering expenses for those who commit to three years of service.
Entrepreneurial PTs can pursue the Director Track Program, a 12-month training program preparing you to open and run your own clinic.
