PYG Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona.

Pay: $84–$118/hour (based on location, experience, and employment type)

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Complete timely documentation of patient progress
Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of skills
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Communicate patient updates, progress, and concerns

Schedule Options

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract opportunities
W-2 and 1099 positions available

Qualifications

Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
CPR Certification
Article 9 Certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pediatric or home health experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
