Overview:
Pinnacle Performance Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, offering unmatched scheduling flexibility. We’ll help you build a caseload of up to 40 hours per week, including outpatient clinic coverage tailored to your desired workload.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will work across seven schools in the Wisconsin Rapids area, including a mix of elementary, middle, and high schools. You will have 2–3 primary schools, with opportunities to work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting if desired.
This role offers a diverse caseload, including general orthopedics, pediatrics, and neuro patients. Bring your passion and expertise to join our winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-10 patients per day in the clinic setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is very competitive and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits are offered, including PTO, 401k with employer match, continuing education, license renewal fees & APTA dues covered.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. No weekends. No major holidays!
The PT hired will work 16 hours per week in the school setting and that can be spread out over 2+ days per week, based on the preference of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:
? Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
? Prior pediatrics or school-based therapy is preferred.
? New grad PTs with some pediatric exposure will be considered.
? Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available.
? Candidates with 16 hours of availability will also be considered.
