Overview
Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, part-time, or PRN position in San Jose. This position may also include opportunities at an on-site corporate wellness center for a major technology company in Cupertino. Additional opportunities are available in Cupertino.
About Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is a manually oriented private practice with multiple locations and more than 25 years of experience providing outstanding patient care. Therapists deliver one-on-one, evidence-based treatment using WebPT documentation on MacBooks.
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, with earlier closure at 7 pm on Mondays and Fridays
- Saturday hours are 730 am to 245 pm
- Full-time therapists work four or five days per week, including one Saturday per month
- Flexible scheduling based on patient needs, with preference for evening hours
- No prior experience is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply
Caseload
- Orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, prevention screenings, and chronic pain
- Patients of all ages
- One-on-one direct patient care
- No more than three evaluations per day
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of 100,000 per year for full-time therapists, with increases based on experience

Job Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in California
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited program
- CPR, AED, and BLS certification
- COVID vaccination required per federal mandate
- Willingness to follow mask mandate as applicable
- Ability to stand, bend, push, and pull up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Adequate visual and auditory acuity for patient and workplace safety
