Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Manteca clinic is a newly opened, state-of-the-art outpatient orthopedic facility focused on providing hands-on care, functional rehab, and personalized treatment plans in a collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based, individualized physical therapy care
Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems in accordance with compliance standards
Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front office staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and mentorship programs
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
