Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (up to $32,500 annually on top of base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Benicia outpatient orthopedic clinic serves a diverse range of patients—from post-op orthopedics to sports medicine and workers’ compensation cases—using a hands-on, functional approach. Our offerings include:
Back, neck, and spine rehabilitation
Manual therapy including Graston Technique®
Pre- and post-operative rehab and functional recovery
Work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, and balance/fall prevention
Sports medicine and pediatric athlete protocols
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, functional rehab, and modalities
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Document all care accurately and promptly in EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians, referrals, and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes
Engage in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for hands-on, outpatient orthopedic and sports care
