Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $150,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Vallejo clinic is a well-established outpatient orthopedic facility providing manual therapy, acute and chronic rehab, post-operative care, and return-to-sport programs. Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
Document services accurately and promptly in EMR systems
Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers to ensure excellent outcomes
Contribute to a positive and motivating clinic culture
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
