Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions
Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and long-term recovery
Document services clearly and promptly in EMR systems
Collaborate with providers, athletic trainers, and staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Mentor students or new graduates and contribute to clinical education
Meet compliance, quality, and productivity standards while prioritizing patient experience
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
